Registration
Online Registration Available!Internet:
You can register online for any camp. Clink on the name of your camp for a link to online registration and camp specific information.
If you choose to register online, please be aware that camp fees still need to be paid if you would like to receive the free t-shirt. Follow the instructions provided in the online registration process.

Fill it out completely, and please send all or part of the registration fee with it, to the appropriate address listed on the information page of the camp you or your child will be attending.
Camp Fees*
*Camp registration fees are refundable, in the event that a pre-registered camper cannot attend camp. Please notify the director of the camp at least 24 hours before the day camp starts.
Community of Christ requires that each person (participant and staff) attending an event fill out completely and sign these forms.
You may send this form with your registration. If the form is not sent in, you must bring it with you, completed, signed and filled out, when you arrive for camp.
If information changes between when you send the forms to the director, please fill out and sign another form to bring to camp.
It would be helpful for a photo copy of both sides of insurance cards to be included.Rules
- Tobacco (smoking or smokeless), alcohol, illicit/illegal drugs, fireworks, and weapons are not permitted at events
- Clothing with inappropriate language, graphics, or themes are not allowed. Youth and staff wearing such items will be asked to change clothes.
- Outside visitors are not allowed except by approval of the event director.
- Events are designed for full participation by all youth. Youth participants are expected to remain on the campgrounds once they arrive. If any participants have obligations that will take them away from the event, permission of the event director and a written note from the parents/legal guardians are necessary.
- Youth are prohibited from bringing radios, tape players, boom boxes, CD Players, MP3 players, movie or video players, electronic game devices, computers (laptops, handheld, pocket). These items detract from community building and should not be brought to events.
- Food, beverages, and candy are not allowed in the cabins/housing.
- Youth are expected to stay in their cabins/housing after "lights out" unless permission has been granted by a staff person. Youth violating the policy will be subject to disciplinary action, which could include being sent home. The event director will notify parents if extreme action is necessary
- Male/Female youth are not to go into each others housing except at times designated by the camp schedule.
- All cell phones and car keys are collected by the event director.
- Directors have the right to ask any person to leave the campgrounds/event at any time.
Parent Information
- Staff at youth ministries event have applied and been accepted as Registered Youth Workers or Registered Youth Workers Assistants by the Community of Christ.
- The youth worker registration process has been developed by Community of Christ to help ensure a safe environment for everyone at camp.

- Please have your child picked up at the close of camps.
Things to bring to camp:
- Bedding - pillow, sleeping bag or sheets and blanket
- Campfire blanket - something appropriate for use on the ground
- Toiletries - soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.
- Towels, washcloths
- Food, beverages, and candy are not allowed in the cabins/housing.
- Clothing - warm and cool weather clothing, rain gear, and extra footwear
- Warm jacket or sweater
- Grubby clothes for getting dirty, painting, etc.
- Laundry bag
- Appropriate swimwear
- Flashlights
- Scriptures
- Bug Spray
Other items that might be good to have:
- Sports equipment
- Musical instruments
- Camera
What not to bring:
- Anything the rules say you can't have
- Anything the directors say you can't have.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I have several children going to camps, or I have a child attending 2 camps. How do I register them?
A: At this point in time, there must be a separate registration form for each camp, and for each child. Please send one form and fee per child for each camp you have a child or children attending.
Q: My child has special dietary or medical needs. Who should I contact?
A: Contact the director of the camp your child will be attending. They will pass along information to cooks and nurses.
Q:I am interested in volunteering to work at a youth camp. How do I get involved?
A: If there is a specific camp you are interested in volunteering for, contact the director of the camp. If you are interested in volunteering in the youth program in general, contact:

Q: Due to my financial situation, I can't afford to pay for camp. Is there financial assistance or scholarships available?
A: No child or youth will be turned away from camp if they lack funding. There is financial assistance available. Please contact the director of the camp your child will be attending for more information.
Q: What if I register and pay the camp fee, but am unable to attend camp? Are there refunds?
A: In the event that you, or your child, are unable to attend a camp that you have registered and paid for, the full amount of the registration fee can be refunded. Contact the director of the camp you registered for.
